The holiday village is a closed complex of 22 single-family houses and a hotel, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a tavern.

The whole complex has a unique architecture typical for the period of Bulgarian Revival, which reminds of the unique atmosphere of the ancient town of Nessebar.The houses have saddle roofs, stone and wood panels, stonewalls and cobblestone pavement alleys, which create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The luxurious vegetation in the village itself and its location in a real cherry garden, from where it takes its name, reinforce its connection to the beautiful nature of Bulgaria and emphasize it, not destroy it, as it is done in some other places. There are two types of single-family houses – self-contained and standard, that provide a wonderful panoramic view of both the seaside and the eastern slope of the Balkan Mountain. Each house has a spacious living room, a kitchen, two or three bedrooms, inside and outside fireplaces, two bathrooms and a pleasant green yard.
